Here is a free sample letter that allows you. As a grandparent, you can ask the family court judge (JAF) for visiting rights. The family court judge sits at the tribunal de grande instance. This is the possibility to see your grandson or granddaughter. What is the purpose of this letter template? This letter is to be used if no agreement could be found between the different parties.
