There are many reasons why people ask you for a proof of payment. It is for them a proof that the payment has been made. It is a step that takes place after the payment for a service or a delivery of goods has been received. It is not a mandatory act, but a request from the customer. In fact, a payment certificate must contain all the information concerning the payment in question. It must highlight the amount of the payment and the name of the organization or person who received it. It details the identity of the seller of the goods or the service provider.
