When you move, you must inform each organization (CAF, taxes, bank) or service provider of your move. You just have to send them a letter by mail informing them of this change. Here is a sample letter that will allow you to do so. While waiting for each organization to take into account your new address, you can redirect your mail by mail. This is a paid service by the post office but it will guarantee that you will receive all the mail from your administrations and organizations. You should also inform your employer so that your pay slips can be printed with your new home address.
