According to article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a person who has signed a sales contract on the Internet has the right to cancel his purchase and change his mind within 14 days after the date of purchase. However, he must send a letter of withdrawal to his supplier to inform him of the decision to cancel.Send your letter of withdrawal to the supplierThe letter of withdrawal is written by the buyer and will be sent to the supplier.
